Calgary developers start stucco work at old Las Gallerias site. The location is in east Oliver-just behind Park Place and near Park Avenue Estates. The building has sat alone with no humans working on it for almost a year but it appears that stucco is the next job to be completed to give the building some sales appeal. The building has a long history with a concrete basement sitting barren for almost twenty years. The multi story building could be used for strata condos or a MAXX hotel with buyers purchasing shares in the hotel.
Efforts to contact the development team has not resulted in any new information.
