CPR Station – Opened in 1923 to serve a branch line of the Kettle Valley Railway to facilitate shipment of perishable fruit and vegetables to Vancouver.Oliver Theatre – Built in 1946 by Alex Gough who worked in the motion picture industry, traveling to mining communities in the 1930′s and early 40′s to show movies to entertain miners.Oliver Chronicle – Built in 1937 as the home of the Oliver Echo, later becoming the Oliver Chronicle-Osoyoos Observer until 1959 when the two papers separated.Oliver Hotel – Originally built in New Westminster in 1912, it was purchased, dismantled and moved to Oliver in 1921.

Village Office – Originally the headquarters of the South Okanagan Lands Project, the building was constructed in 1923 at the same time as the irrigation canal.

St. Martin’s Estates – Site of the old St. Martin’s Hospital, opened in 1942 under the administration of the Sisters of St. Ann.

St. Edward the Confessor Anglican Church – The Anglican mission of St. Edward the Confessor was established in 1897 in the old town of Fairview. Southern Okanagan Secondary School – Built in 1947 in art deco style, one of the finest schools in the province at the time.

St. John’s Lutheran Church – A classic style church built in 1945 by settlers from the prairies who came to Oliver during the depression of the 1930′s.

Earle Crescent – Named after Major Harry Earle, manager of the South Okanagan Lands Project.

United Church – The oldest church within the Town of Oliver, opened in 1922.

Oliver Museum – Constructed in 1925, this building was originally the headquarters for the Provincial Police, before becoming the local RCMP detachment in 1950.

Fairview Jail – Built in 1896, the jail was moved from the old Fairview townsite and configured to tell the Oliver and district story.
