Cassini Cellars Viognier 2008, Oliver BC Canada , Okanagan Valley, $18
The recently opened Cassini winery has released a fine floral, fruit salad, orange, slate-y viognier. It has a round, easy palate with light lees, pear, citrus, red apple, quince and lemon oil flavours. A solid style for food or sipping.
